INSTRUCTIONS
DEADLINE: JUNE 27
  1. Read the Parade Rules.
  2. Read the Judging Info if you want to be judged.
Then, print out and send in three things:
  1. This Signed Entry Form (below), including Announcer Script and Vehicle Information.
  2. The Liability Waiver.
  3. Your Entry Fee.
Entry Fees:
  • Non-commercial Entries pay $35.
  • Commercial Entries pay $150.
  • Make check or money order payable to "Santa Clarita Parade Committee."
  • We also accept PayPal. Use this address: info@scvparade.com.

NOTE: Due to the large number of entries and the time constraints of our all-volunteer crew, **you will NOT receive official confirmation** that your entry forms have been received. Questions? It's best if you direct any questions to the Parade Committee by e-mail.

A separate application must be submitted for each separately judged entry and must be received no later than June 27. Late entries will not be accepted. Multiple entries for groups are permitted, although they cannot be guaranteed to be placed together in the line of march.

All applications must be signed. A signature constitutes understanding and acceptance of all Parade Rules outlined here or relayed by Parade officials.

Parade Announcers are stationed at various locations along the parade route. In order for the announcers to have complete information about your entry, please provide as many details as possible. (What's unique and interesting about your group or entry? How many people in your entry? Who's your sponsor? Has your group or entry participated in other parades or community events? Who is performing your musical selection[s]?)
